We need to educate our juniors to take high responsibility.
They should enthusiastically contribute whatever is useful to life. They should never shift responsibility onto others. They don't need to do good due to a call. They do good for others because they love to do that and because they find themselves responsible. People who are filled with morality find opportunities to benefit others.
WHOSE STRETCH OF ROAD IS THIS?
While the car was driving smoothly on the rural road, it had to stop due to a hazardous stretch of road and a very deep hole. People got out of the car to see if they could find some way to drive the car safely across that hole. It was weird! The long road they just passed was very new and good. It must have been just built. Across the hole, the road also looked good and new. It was built recently, too. Only this 30-feet stretch of road was seriously damaged. It must be dangerous for vehicles and people. It was an unknown reason why its condition was too bad like that.
The people living in houses alongside the road must have been familiar with that situation, so nobody bothered to explain why or how. Two people of the travel group came to a house and asked the owner why the short road was left in that bad condition.
The owner told them that there were two was envious of that contractor at the 30-feet stretch of road because they didn't want to lose money. They didn't know that the short damaged and dangerous road took their morality and blessing away.
People living in the houses alongside the road were too indifferent and irresponsible to care about fixing the road, even though it appeared in front of their sight everyday. They might think it was not their job. The local governors were irresponsible, too. Finally, the five travelers from the city could get a blessing from fixing the road. They filled up the road so it was even as they filled themselves with the good, and filled up their descendants with the blessing and morality.
Fixing roads is an act to get a great blessing. It's a way to bring people to safety. The Law of Causality always brings good luck to people who try to fix roads.
Here, we talk about the spirit of responsibility. Immoral people have many conniving excuses for such irresponsibility. They can prove that they are not the person who should solve that problem. Contrarily, moral people consider social work to be their responsibility. Most of the time, they try their best to do good for others. They can't stand seeing trash left around, so they blame themselves for doing nothing to save the environment. When they see the poor, they feel guilty for not contributing enough to lessen the suffering of life.
If a country has many responsible people like that contractors who worked separately on the two long stretches of road that must be contiguous with each other right there, according to the contracts. However, the two contractors worked on the exact length of the road that the contracts stated. They used a measuring device to measure the exact length of road they must work on and stopped right there, and the two separate roads were not closely contiguous to each other. As a result, the dangerous hole appeared on the 30 foot unbuilt stretch of road.
The five travelers talked together and they decided to cancel their pleasure-trip to fix the road. They contacted some companies to get the delivery of gravelly soil. They went shopping to buy the tools. At noon, they had a lunch of instant noodles and then continued to work on the road. They didn't know the road needed more than 20 trucks of gravelly soil. By late evening, their work was temporarily done. The road was even. Vehicles could safely and easily pass by. The five people felt free to return to the city.
The two contractors were fully done with their contracts, but their moral consciousness was incomplete. They should have understood that if the stretch of road was unbuilt, it could be damaged and dangerous for traffic, and passers-by, especially at night. They are in the building trade, so they must know the technology of traffic safety better than anyone else. This contractor then this country must be strong and prosperous. On the other hand, a country would be called "a developing country" forever if its people were irresponsible.
