Quý replied in text: "If he fires you, you can come to work with my company."

Quý left the café, with sorrow. Quý was in charge of the Artificial Intelligence department of his company. This field is expected to create a disruptive innovation allowing them to enter the international market. The company was newly established with all very close friends. If Quý left, the company would be dissolved immediately.

That night Quý texted Trang a long message, asking Trang to let him continue working at his company during this initial stage. Quý needed to build everything for the new company and to train the new employees. Trang coldly replied that their relationship would come to an end if Quý continued with his current job.

Loyalty will be challenged by money, romantic love, high position, and fame as well as by torture, threat, misery.

Normally, low quality people won't have enough morality to overcome those challenges and will give in to being a traitor. Sometimes betrayals violate the national law heavily. In this story, if Quý betrayed, his company would collapse, and his colleagues' lives would suffer. If Quý was loyal and could overcome the soliciting of money and romantic love, then he would continue to contribute to starting up and developing the new business. His colleagues' lives would be stable. Karma will run its rule to arrange everything.
The story also warned us about romantic love.

Trang love him honestly or she was only seducing him for their company? Beautiful women's tricks continue working nowadays. If Quý could calculate the benefits of his colleagues to his own benefits and loyalty, Quý would win the challenge. But if Quý fell so deeply in love with Trang that he wanted to satisfy her, he would ignore his colleagues' benefits and betray them.

Loyalty means to decide to protect the benefit of our leaders, nation, or boss, no matter what will happen to us, even to the point that we sacrifice our lives. It is opposite to our instinct when we sacrifice ourselves for something else. Not many people can do this. But if there are too few people who can be loyal in a country, the country will be in danger. Enemies can easily penetrate and bribe many officials for their plots.

We need countless people who can be loyal to our nation, our leaders, our brethren, to keep our society peaceful and stable. Loyalty, not betrayal, is a great virtue that can gain great blessings and can reach a noble fate later. We do not know whether there is a world after death or not, but if there is one, that world will reserve rooms for the people who have been loyal before.

Only those who have a firm soul, strong determination, and a stable position can be loyal.
