I’m Ly Xuan Vinh who just bought a plot of land in this neighborhood. I’ll soon build a house here.
Before buying this land, my family and I had learned about our future neighborhood and we were happy to know that we would live with very nice and civilized neighbors. The parents look after the kids and one another to find out in time if any social evil is coming. We have nowhere better than here to live with such good neighbors like you.
However, while my house is building, it may cause a lot of troubles for you. Trucks will go around at night, which will annoy your sleep. Workers are going to destroy the peaceful environment with their shouting. It must be more horrible with the noise from cutting tiles, steel, and violent sound from beating and drilling walls. All that noise will bother the kids’ study and affect the old people’s health and disturb the activities of our neighborhood. It’s our fault to cause a difficult situation for you. We hope to have your sympathy. We also prepare some expenses to make a good effect on our neighborhood due to the construction.
