Dear Professor, for a long time I've been worrying so much for the unemployed, especially the old ones. Due to their age, it's pretty hard to pass the interview. Their skills are likely outdated with the new demands. But the longer they wait, the later they can get jobs, and the less qualified they become. I wish there were facilities to re-train workers and update their professional skills and knowledge so that they can easily apply for jobs even though their age is slightly older.
