The Two Main Causes of Romantic Love: Psychology and Karma

BESIDES EXTERNAL CONDITONS, THERE ARE NORMALLY TWO MAIN CAUSES FOR ROMANTIC LOVE.

The first is the instinct of psychology and physiology.

People are always attracted to one of the opposite sexes because of their psychophysical instinct just like the two opposing magnetic poles that pull each other. Also, men and women have different bioelectric types that make their brains draw one of the different sexes. The difference between a man and a woman is on the chromosome. Females typically have two of the same kind of sex chromosome (XX), while males typically have two distinct sex chromosome (XY). This small difference generates all other differences between their hormones, skin, eyes, manners, etc. These things create different bioelectricity in their brains which appears from both the body and mind and tends to attract one of the opposing sexes (except for lesbians and gays which will be discussed later). This is a mystery and science has not decoded it yet. Through our eyes, we can recognize that men are tall, strong, and have rough skin, while women are short, weak, and have smooth skin, etc.

But whether the attraction is strong or lasts long depends on many conditions. For example, if the female is lovely and treats others kindly and cleverly, etc., then the attraction is stronger and stronger, and the male starts to miss her and finally falls in love with her. But if the female does not have any unique characteristics, then the attraction is weaker and weaker and then vanishes.

THE SECOND REASON IS KARMIC DEBTS.

Those who owed a karmic debt to each other, then in this life, when they meet again they are immediately attracted to each other. This attraction is due for their karma, not psychology or physiology, so it is so much strong. “Love at first sight” is used to express this type of attraction.

People are always romantic in love

It’s forever true, and people perpetually hope their love will bring them happiness. Just like a fish hurriedly bites the prey without knowing a hook inside, when in love, people dream of marriage because they think it will bring them happiness; only a few know what awaits them after the wedding. Through poems and songs, people praise love, but we’re not sure if they are right!
