Cooperation is not only about intelligence, but also about morality. Morality makes cooperation happy, while intelligence makes cooperation effective. Whoever loves cooperation is smart and moral.

COOPERATION
There are many things we cannot do by a hand from others. There are many tasks that need know that they must cooperate to build a progressive and comfortable life for all. Animals are less intelligent, so their cooperation is limited. That we assess the level of intelligence based on the level of cooperation is absolutely correct. The more intelligent humans are, the more we tend to cooperate. On the contrary, the less cooperative, then the less intelligent we are.
The basic cooperation of a human is within the family (among wife, husband, and children). If working on one’s own, he or she will have a deprived life. Focusing on food, they will be deprived of clothes. Focusing on housing, they will be deprived of food. But gathering into a family, they can share tasks and increase their productivity. Thus, their life quality also increases. Two or three people working together can build a bigger house with bigger columns, higher roofs, and larger walls. Meanwhile, if working separately, they can only build a little hut.
Society started to progress when the whole tribe cooperated in hunting, farming, building, training, and defense. They were safer in a larger and more cooperative community.
Then the progress of a society has led to a larger population which needs stronger ruling powers. Thus, people have to live in a very big cooperative environment. The greater cooperation they have, the better progress their society makes compared to that of the tribal ages.
Nowadays, whether directly or indirectly, humans are cooperating in this vast globalized community. By paying taxes, we are demonstrating our cooperation to the whole nation. Big progress follows great cooperation in the world. We will witness the progress of the world until people can start to make robots whose intelligence is totally independent from human’s influence.
We turn back to direct cooperation in jobs around us. We have always been indirectly cooperating with the world, but direct cooperation around us is really our duty, our intelligence, and our morality.
The more intelligent we are, the more we work towards cooperation. The more moral we are, the more we want to protect that cooperation with love for each other.
There is a factor that makes cooperation unstable, and that is laziness. A lazy person always pushes work to others, which loses fairness, and ruins the cooperation.
Another factor that destabilizes cooperation is the attempt to stand out in one’s own community, the aspiration to be a hero, take credit for others’ work, or boast about oneself.
Not realizing the teammates’ strengths or only focusing on others’ deficiencies also destroys cooperation.
Cooperation is not only about intelligence, but also about morality. Morality makes cooperation happy, while intelligence makes cooperation effective. Whoever loves cooperation is smart and moral.
